INFORMATION
We usually enter counselling and/or hypnotherapy when we are
struggling to deal with some emotional distress, or in order to
bring about changes in our life. Counselling and/or hypnotherapy
can help you explore the issues that are causing you distress,
and enable you to move forward to a more rewarding and peaceful
way of being.
Counselling and hypnotherapy are aimed at improving your
confidence and quality of life.
How Often Do You Need To Attend Therapy?
People need varying amounts of time, to be agreed with them, and
this will be reviewed as therapy progresses.
At the first meeting, we will discuss your reasons for seeking
therapy, and decide which of the therapies appears to be the
most appropriate for you. Sometimes more than one of the
therapies may be appropriate.

After our initial meeting,
and if you decide which of the therapies are likely to be of
most help to you, we can arrange to meet for one-hour
appointments.
